Hop Pellets and CO₂ Extracts

We offer premium Type 90 hop pellets, produced with precision and attention to every detail. They are made by carefully milling dried hop cones and compressing them into cylindrical pellets. Importantly, the content of essential oils, alpha acids, and polyphenols remains identical to the original raw material, ensuring the full aroma and strength of hops.

Type 90 pellets are an excellent alternative to traditional hop cones – they provide greater consistency, easier dosing, space-saving storage, and convenient handling.

Our portfolio also includes CO₂ hop extracts – natural, highly concentrated forms of hops obtained through supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. This is pure hop essence – with no additives.

Laboratory Services

At A-Sense Sp. z o.o. Production Plant in Suchodoły, we operate a modern analytical laboratory specializing in the testing of herbs and hops to meet the needs of the herbal and brewing industries.

Herb moisture analysis
We offer fast and accurate determination of herb moisture content – service available from PLN 50 (including VAT). A sample weighing approximately 30 g is sufficient for the analysis. Each test is completed with the issuance of an analytical certificate.

Hop and hop product analysis
We analyze the content of alpha acids as well as the moisture of hops and hop pellets in accordance with European EBC standards (including EBC 7.2, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7). This provides excellent support for producers and buyers in assessing the quality of each batch of raw material.
